The Platform and/or the Company shall in no manner be responsible for any and all issues arising from and in relation to the Payment Gateway;
3.3 In the event there is an issue with the Payment Gateway, the process of Purchase shall be deemed to be incomplete and therefore there shall be no delivery of the Product/Services until the full amount is properly transferred.
4 Registration/placing Of An Order
4.1 That, for the purpose of creating a profile the user will register on the website by providing his/her name, email address, country of residence, and telephone number. 5.5 Once the payment is completed it binds both the user and the company with all the requirements as specified in the order form.
5.6 The order can be altered/changed only on a request made by the user and not otherwise further, it will also be considered that whether or not the writer has started the work or not if not, then the change can be accepted without any cost but in case where the writer has already begun with the task then additional cost may be imposed for the change the details of which can be found while filling up the order form.
5.7 In a situation where the writing services require any specific sources from where the writing materials/research is to be gathered then for the same additional charges may be applied, the details of which can be found in the order form if the client wants a specific resource to be used for the assignment/writing work.
6 Order/end-product Conditions
6.1 The company will be offering its services on three categories namely:

(c)Exam Help: The service includes providing help in preparing a strategy for clearing a particular exam, study material, notes, revisions, mock tests, etc.

6.3 It will be the sole responsibility of the company to meet the deadline as decided before accepting the order.
6.4 In a case where the deadline for delivering the order is missed then, in that case, a percentage of refund from the order value will be initiated which will be deposited in the user’s wallet.
6.5 The delivery of the order/end product will be done via either e-mail or by sending the assignment via the orders page in the user’s account on the website. which will be notified to the user once the user opens up the profile. In a case where the user has given the wrong address details where the delivery is to be made then the company will not be held responsible for it.
6.6 Our company has protection policies for our writers as well. The payment made by the user is credited to the account of the writer just a week after the deadline, and once the payment is credited to the writer’s account. it is considered that the service has been provided and no refund will be made thereafter.
7 Order Revision
7.1 The company also offers the service of product/order revision wherein the user gets the facility of asking for changes/amendments in the order so delivered.

8 Refund & Cancellation Policy
8.1 It will be the sole responsibility of the user to go through each and every detail of the order form and services before placing an order.
8.2 Once an order has been made by submitting the order form and a reference number has been created for the same the order cannot be canceled and if the order is to be canceled the user will not be liable to get a refund of the amount.
8.3 Refund can only be initiated in the case where the product has not been delivered in due course of time or in cases where an extra amount has been deducted from the user’s payment source.

13.1.1.6 Partake in any action which directly or indirectly infringes on the intellectual property rights of the Company or the Platform.
13.1.1.7 Exceed the scope of authorized access to the Platform in a manner so deemed unlawful and/or inappropriate by the law of the land;
13.1.1.8 Interfere with any other User(s) right to enjoy the services of the Platform in any manner which is held, construed and/or interpreted as being unlawful under the law of the land and/or as per the direction of the Company;
13.1.1.9 Partake in the filling of information solely for fraudulent or misinformative purposes which are against the law of the land or as per the conditions of the platform/company/website;
13.1.2 The User(s) shall be deemed to conducting themselves in an unlawful manner should they:
13.1.2.1 Gain access to the Platform and any of the plans despite refusing to fill in the account details in a proper manner;
13.1.2.2 Harass the Platform or Company and any other individuals associated, representatives, agents and even employees of the same in any manner by using the contact details so provided;

14 Intellectual Property
14.1. The Platform and any and all material on it, including but not limited to web design, images, video clips, GIFs, advertisements, jingles, logos, written snippets, illustrations are protected under the Intellectual Property Laws of India.
14.2. The User shall in no manner pass off, infringe, use, sell any goods, products, services and/or works under any of the above specified protected works. If it is brought to the attention that any User is partaking in such action, then the Platform/Company shall be duly authorized to take any and all actions within the ambit of the law of the land against the said User;
14.3.Should the User engage in any activity wherein the rights of a third party are being infringed, the Platform shall duly inform the concerned third party of the same;
15 Jurisdiction And Arbitration:
15.1 In the event that there arises any form of dispute, confusion, or difference from, out of and/or in relation to the terms as specified under the Terms of Use (Hereinafter “Dispute”) the Platform and the User shall attempt to amicably resolve such Dispute as expeditiously as possible.
15.2 The Governing law, unless specified as otherwise, shall be the laws of India.
15.3 The Party with such grievance shall send a notice to the other Party detailing the Dispute and remedy sought from the other Party. After receiving such notice, the Parties shall proceed to resolve the Dispute in the following manner:
15.3.1 Arbitration:
15.3.1.1 For the purposes of Arbitration, the seat of Arbitration shall be in India and the governing law shall be Law of India including subsequent amendments made unless specified otherwise.
15.3.1.2 The Parties shall appoint a sole arbitrator for the purpose of Arbitration and the same shall commence within 15 business days from the termination of the Mediation.
15.3.1.3 Both the Parties shall bear the costs of both the proceedings by splitting such costs evenly between themselves.
15.4 In the event the Parties choose to resolve the dispute via litigation, they agree to limit themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
16 Limitation Of Liability
16.1 That the Platform, the Company, the writer, and any other individuals associated, representatives, agents, and even employees of the same shall in no manner be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, and/or consequential or any other form of damages arising from and in relation to:
16.1.1 Unauthorized access to the Platform that is caused due to no fault of the Platform, the Company and other individuals so associated, representatives, agents, and even employees of the same;
16.1.2 Breach of any conditions, warranties, representations, and obligations made by the Payment Gateway, advertisers to the User;
16.1.3 In the event the User is unable to access the Platform due to no fault of the Company, the Platform and/or any other individuals so associated, representatives, agents and even employees of the same;
16.1.4 Any other matter regarding the working of the Platform with which the User is so acquainted while utilizing the Platform to make purchases of the Products/Services;
16.2 The User understands and accepts that the Platform shall in no manner be responsible for any issues, including loss of access to, arising from and in relation to accessibility of the Platform.
16.3 Should the policy be updated at any given point, user shall be informed regarding the same via email ten days prior to the change.
17 Termination
17.1 The Company/Platform shall have the sole and exclusive right to unilaterally terminate the account of the User immediately in the following events:
17.1.1 Should it be found that the said User has been engaging in activities that violate the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other such policies, the law of the land or any other rules and regulations put forward by the governing authorities;
17.1.2 Should the continue in the engagement of such activities despite being given due warnings not do so via mail;
17.1.3 Are to manipulate, abuse, twist or mis-interpret the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other such policies, the law of the land or any other rules and regulations put forward by the governing authorities for purposes of partaking in activities that are unlawful;
17.1.4 Harass, intimidate, provoke, abuse, hurt or partake in any unlawful action against the Company and the platform and any other individuals so associated, representatives, agents and even employees of the same;
17.2. Should the User decide to terminate their account themselves, they may do so by clicking on the option of “delete” in their respective profiles.
17.3. Once the account is terminated, then the Platform/Company shall not grant anyone access to the information and the same shall be erased within 90 days from any and all storage servers and other such personalized hardware used for the working of the Platform.
17.4.Should the User decide to deactivate their account themselves temporarily, they may do so by clicking on the option of “deactivate” in their respective profiles.
18 Indemnity
18.1 The User shall hold harmless and indemnify the Company and the Platform, and any other individuals so associated, representatives, agents and even employees of the same from any and all claims, demands, actions, any kind of fees made due to a breach of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other such policies, the law of the land or any other rules and regulations put forward by the governing authorities caused directly/indirectly by the User and/or their actions while utilizing the Platform.
